In our Nutrition for The New Mom Weekly Support Group, I will help you create meal plans (with meals that are ideal for where you are in your postpartum journey) and get your grocery list together.
You'll set up your meal plan and a plan of action for implementation. From there, you will connect you with an accountability partner to support and encourage you along the way!
Every other week we'll check-in and help you through any barriers you may face in this process!
